5th song appearing on Revolution In Your Balls, disc one

Introduced at the practice session by Mikkel with the working title I Kill You – this track told the story of a the day in the life of a serial killer. Violence again being the theme of many a Hue/Cheese song. The lyrics were later revised by Michael, who turned it in to a harsh protest-song - the establishment in the line of fire.

This version is hard, noisy and very, very long – a trademark that The Hue never really managed to outgrow. It can be discussed if Ole Steen's powerful vocals are misplaced on this track, but a grandiose performance it certainly is. The opening Ian Gillian-like scream is a classic Hue-moment, that also inspired the Biff Baxter Band.

The performance has nerve, but it doesn’t overshadow the fact that it is not one of the most interesting Hue tracks. It disappeared instantly from The Hue’s concert playing lists...

Michael: I think this is my all-time worst guitar-solo, at least of the recorded ones... I am sure there are drunken concert solo’s that beat this one. But I feel lucky I did it in this song... there isn’t much to shout about in this one. Mikkel’s instrumental break is quite nice, Ole’s singing of course. Ah, and the words are quite alright, I remember that my friend Nicholas really liked the lyrics although he was a bit of a right-winger back then...

Mikkel: I developed the song around the crappy riff that opens the song, what else can I say? Yeah, we should have kept the words for a better song.

When The Responsible Leave, lyrics:

We’re leaving, ‘cause the trees are falling
We’re leaving, ‘cause the world is crawling
It’s dying, the earth is getting sore
It’s dying, this planet is no more

We used it all, killed off Mother Earth, everything is gone
Only hate and greed remains
We didn’t care, didn’t see the end
All we got was illness, death and pain

We’re leaving, ‘cause we’re the chosen few
We’re leaving, leaving you and you and you
You’re dying, but you’re not the ones to blame
You’re dying, rough justice, what a shame

We used it all, killed...

Now we’re gone, now we’re far away
No going home, you’re on your own
Now we’re gone, now we’re far away
No going home, you’re on your own
